I was impressed by the knowledge of Taylor & Tait

I was impressed by the knowledge of Taylor & Tait. They were one of the more expensive surveyors, but I could tell the surveyor knew his stuff and he had experience of Grade II listed buildings which was important. The report prepared for us was very thorough and the vendors said he was at the house all afternoon which was impressive that he was prepared to spend so much time. The report was completed on time and in a very professional manner.

Amazing service!

Taylor & Tait recently carried out a survey for us on a property in Hale. We approached a few local surveyors, and whilst Taylor & Tait weren’t the cheapest quote, the report produced is head and shoulders above the competition (having used other firms before). The report is highly detailed and thorough but clearly written and the questions we had were thoroughly explained afterwards. We used the report to reduce the purchase price by £20,000 so it was worth every penny! Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael was so accommodating with our request and given the urgency we needed the survey completed. He was extremely thorough in answering the questions we had on the level of survey we needed and explaining the fee and it was nice it was so easy to understand - no hidden fees or complexities.

The survey was also extremely detailed, more than I expected even though we had decided to go for the level 3.

Overall very happy with the speed, explanations, detail and simplicty of each part of working with Michael. Much appreciated.
