The Level 2 home survey report and valuation is produced in the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) format, and provides a clear and professional document, using colour coded condition ratings for each of the building elements. Call us today, we serve Altrincham, Hale, Timperley and Sale.

    RICS Level 3 Home Survey

The RICS Level 3 Home Survey (formerly known as a Building Survey) offers a more detailed report than the Level 2 survey, and explains the consequences of not carrying out the repairs. It provides a comprehensive assessment of the condition and construction of the property, and technical advice on any remedial work if required. This survey is particularly suitable for older properties, or properties which have been considerably altered or poorly maintained in the past.

    The Level 3 Survey includes:

A summary of the urgent repairs.
Detailed information regarding the construction of the property.
A description of the defects and essential repairs.
    Advice on maintenance and repairs.
    A photographic record.

Other aspects the Level 3 Survey covers:

The Level 3 survey also includes information on issues for your legal advisor to consider, advice on the energy efficiency of the property and a comprehensive photographic record. A valuation is not included.
