Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn't recommend Michael more. His report was detailed, thorough and timely. He kindly took time out of his holiday to call us and answer our questions. Michael clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience and his insight was invaluable. Thank you Michael, for all your support!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Taylor & Tait have completed two separate surveys for us in recent months and on both accounts were efficient, professional, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend during a house buying period which can be stressful - Taylor & Tait made everything seamless and stress free.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael recently did a Level Three survey for us on an older style property in Urmston. He provided a very detailed and clear report, and was more than happy to answer the follow-on questions that we had. Very happy with the service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael was so accommodating with our request and given the urgency we needed the survey completed. He was extremely thorough in answering the questions we had on the level of survey we needed and explaining the fee and it was nice it was so easy to understand - no hidden fees or complexities.

The survey was also extremely detailed, more than I expected even though we had decided to go for the level 3.

Overall very happy with the speed, explanations, detail and simplicty of each part of working with Michael. Much appreciated.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael did a level 3 survey for me during the purchase of my house. He organised the visit with the estate agents and delivered the report within 24 hours. The report was very thorough and he took time to talk through some of the issues around damp with me on the phone afterwards. I would highly recommend Taylor and Tait based on my experience!
