I was impressed by the knowledge of Taylor & Tait. They were one of the more expensive surveyors, but I could tell the surveyor knew his stuff and he had experience of Grade II listed buildings which was important. The report prepared for us was very thorough and the vendors said he was at the house all afternoon which was impressive that he was prepared to spend so much time. The report was completed on time and in a very professional manner.
